In my own little place and in my own quiet space, I found myself in a state of peace this morning. Eyes closed and mind focused on the rhythmic hum of the furnace. In the space of openness and receptivity, I felt my body and entire being relax.
Immersed in the feeling of relaxation, I felt pressure on my brow chakra followed by the sound of electricity. A loving energy had washed over me. In that moment I had entered deep meditation where all I felt around me was comfort, peace, and warmth.
I had stepped into a space where I felt my true essence!
I heard the beautiful echo of the Disney song, “listen with your heart”. Where the spirit of the wind serenaded me in the soothing tones as heard in the film.
It was at this moment that I was shown in my mind’s eye an image of a pair of fidgety hands.
The hands became relaxed as another pair of hands cradled them in demonstration of love and support.
Feeling the powerful energy of love and safety within my heart, I knew that the message being conveyed to me was that I am always supported. What a comfort!
And I feel this is true for each and every one of us! No matter where we are in life, we are always supported and loved in every moment! How beautiful!
