We journey along in this beautiful dance of life as we find and experience balance, empowerment, peace, as well as love within!

My name is Sarah Celeste Terra and I’m a free spirited & intuititive individual! I must add that I’m an honored pet parent to the sweetest special needs doggo, Stella, that I have both trained and continue to learn from!

In addition to working in the community with animals, I’m the founder of Warrior Goddess Healing, LLC where I work as a holistic practitioner and medical medium intuitive (certified as a Reiki Master and Sound Healer).

I have created this blog as a space to share with you, my dear friends, about empowering life experiences, simple ways to improve health & wellness through a spiritual lens!

Towards the end of my college days, I felt intuitively guided to embark on a beautiful path of self-discovery, self-love, and being true to myself by dancing to the beat of my own drum! 

This includes my recent life transitions.

A Leap of Faith…

In 2021 I felt inspired by an interview I had watched regarding world renowned Geologist, Author, and Motivational Speaker, Gregg Braden. At a certain time in his life, Greg made a choice to move from living in the city that was surrounded by conveniences to living in an area surrounded by the beauty of nature. Thus, I had made some life changes and moved from the convenient Salt Lake valley to the countryside in the Wasatch Back mountains.

In January of 2023, I tuned in with Spirit and gave permission to physically go live where I was needed – intuitively knowing the area would resonate with me on all levels as well. Flowing with the energy, I took a leap of faith and moved from the lovely small town area in Heber to the beautiful Southern Utah city of Kanab!

I’m so grateful that I took this leap of faith and followed my heart – what an adventure!

Following My Heart…

I followed my heart and expanded my horizons! I have made some empowering shifts in my life and I’m so grateful! I now do what makes my heart sing and dance which includes honoring nature, providing care for rescue animals, writing and so much more while connecting with the community!
